I have been playing, performing, writing and recording music for 23+ years. During this time I have recorded and performed both original compositions and cover arrangements with various projects including: Flatspin, Firstborn, Stu E Skinner, Legionseven, Cover Station, One Louder, The Hit List, Skinner & Cornell.

Teaching History: //Private Education, School & Colleges

I have been teaching 1-1 private peripatetic lessons for 11+ years. I currently provide peripatetic tuition in various schools within Essex and London including: Tendring Technology College and cover for CYM College For Young Musicians (London). I have previously worked for the Stave House Music School providing peripatetic lessons for Barns Farm Infant School and Bishop's Primary Schools in Chelmsford.

I have 4+ years experience providing music and music technology classroom lessons for (Key-stages 3-5) covering GCSE, A-Level and BTEC Music specifications.

Professional Accreditation: //Ba Hons Degree (1st Class), PGCE, QTLS

I have spent 8 years in music and/or education specific training specializing in music: education, performance, composition, recording and live sound technology, business, promotion & history. During this time I have achieved:

A National Diploma in Popular Music.

A Ba Hons Degree (1st Class) in Popular Music.

A PGCE (Professional Graduates Certificate In Education (Further Education).

I also have achieved full Qualified Teacher Learner Status  during 4+ years classroom experience.

Safe Guarding: //DBS Checked & MU Member

I am enrolled on the rolling DBS checking system (modern equivalent of the CRB check) and I am a member of the musicians union (MU) which also provides me with Public Liability Insurance.
